Unless a person is a Hindu (First Panth), he cannot be a Sikh (Second Panth). Then if he wants to serve Akal Purakh, then he can join the Third Panth of Khalsas by presenting himself for Amrit. Sachae Patshah Gobind Rai Ji killed all the Five on Stage, then sowed the head of one with the Torso of other that after Baptism, your tribal identity is gone and you cannot return back to your tribal home.
