Ku Nan scolds man for 'not understanding' audited accounts are public

Federal Territories Minister Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor scolded a man during a town hall meeting in Kuala Lumpur today, for "not understanding" that audit reports for all government accounts can be accessed by the public.
