Kind stranger pays for new mom's parking ticket at hospital

A new mom says she was at first surprised to receive a parking ticket at the hospital the day she brought her new son home, and was then shocked to see a kind stranger had already paid for it. Morgan Manousos (@MorganManousos) has more.
