Ku Nan: Umno not responsible for cow head incident

Umno Secretary-General Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor says he is confident that Umno was not responsible for placing a cow head infront of Seri Delima assemblyperson RSN Rayer's house.

He believes Umno is not evil enough to commit such an act.
