Ingredients
1 kg pork hock, 2.2 lb
1 kg pork bones
1 tsp vinegar
2 slices ginger
1 onion peeled
1 cube rock sugar, thumb size
salt, fish sauce, chicken stock to taste
1/2 cup cilantro/vietnamese mint rau ram, chopped
2 tbsp fried shallots
1 kg banh canh noodle (or udon)
