Incredible footage has emerged from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, showing a house toppling down a hill due to landslides in the area.
The incident, taking place in the favela neighbourhood of Complexo de Alemao on the 12th of December, stunned the onlookers who had gathered together from around the local community.
The house is filmed as its foundations gradually start to give way, eventually causing the whole multi-storied house to fall down the hill.
Up to twenty local families in the community have been left homeless, and many more are at the risk of collapse.
