Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) issued penalty notice of Rs.25,000 for dumping garbage in state government's plot which has left the residents of Ratnam Apartment furious. Residents have claimed that despite repeated complaints of solution of garbage around, authorities have failed to respond.
