This is footage from the campus of Brigham Young University Idaho on July 15, 2014. A sudden brainstorm swept through the area that day and caused flash floods all over the town of Rexburg Idaho. One of the hardest hit areas was actual campus of Brigham Young University Idaho. This video is a tour of some of the outdoor flooding and damage that the storm caused.
