Azmin: No 'major obstacles' to capture Pengkalan Kubor seat

PKR deputy president Azmin Ali says based on the track record of the PAS-led state government in Kelantan, Pakatan Rakyat could capture the Pengkalan Kubor state seat.

The seat became vacant following the death of incumbent Noor Zahidi Omar.
