PAS Secretary-General Mustafa Ali says the party will talk with PKR about fielding a winnable candidate for the upcoming Pengkalan Kubor by-election.
He also denied any knowledge of PAS stealing 'durians' (votes) in Pengkalan Kubor during GE13, or that relations with PKR in Terengganu were tense.
