Patrick Rhatigan is the 19th Airlift Wing Commander at Little Rock Air Force Base, AR. He also served the Headquarters as the Chief of the Mobility Programs Integration Branch for 1 year. There, he incorporated 7 Major Commands' inputs into tenacious mobility as well as special operation forces portfolio that cost $110 throughout the 5 Years Defense Plan for the Global Mobility enterprise. Patrick also suggested and developed Air Force positions on fiscal programming, force structure, and flying hours for senior Air Force leaders making the Program Objective Memorandum along with the President's Budget.
