For the first time, the Parliament question time fielded question 24 in the order paper as huge amount of absent MPs resulted in 12 questions being skipped.
10 MPs were absent when their questions were mentioned, 9 of them in consecutive order. And when two other MPs were present to have their question answered, no minister was available to answer their questions.
