Haiti set for long-awaited parliamentary elections

Haitians are finally heading to the polls on Sunday in parliamentary elections that have been repeatedly delayed. Parliament was dissolved in January, leaving the country without a functioning government. Rob Reynolds reports from Port-au-Prince.
