Mahathir: Chinese still supported me despite Anwar's black eye

Former Premier Dr Mahathir Mohamad says that he lost 300,000 Malay votes because of Anwar's black eye in 1999, but notes that Chinese support still ensured him a 2/3rds majority during that year's election.
