'Suggestion to not contest Kelantan state seat personal view'

Kelantan Umno chief Mustapa Mohamed says Barisan Nasional (BN) chairman Najib Abdul Razak will ultimately decide whether the coalition contests in the by-election for the Chempaka state constituency seat.
