The ongoing Colombian peace talks will now include the country's second largest guerrilla formation, the National Liberation Army (ELN). Government officials confirmed that the dialogue with the ELN will begin in September in Ecuador. Talks are currently underway in Havana with the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia. teleSUR
