Cincinnati Police Chief: "I'm saddened that this happened in my city"

A white University of Cincinnati police officer who shot an unarmed black man in the head at a traffic stop has been indicted on a murder charge, prosecutors announced on Wednesday.The victim, Samuel DuBose, was pulled over July 19 for not having a license plate on the front of his car. Officer Ray Tensing, who is white, was wearing a body camera, which recorded the shooting. Footage of the incident, released publicly at the end of the press conference, shows Tensing firing into DuBose's car.
