Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro said that the looting of a supermarket in which an under-age store employee died from a gunshot wound to the chest was a planned provocation. Authorities in the state of Bolivar have thus far made 60 arrests. Maduro reported that similar incidents planned for other states had been foiled. teleSUR
