Dumb criminal wears 'Crime Pays' t-shirt as he tries to rob Little Caesars

Baltimore area police say a guy waltzed into a Little Caesars and tried to rob the place wearing a shirt that seems to say 'Crime Pays.' He left empty handed. Sean Dowling (@seandowlingtv) has more.
