Austria's local 'Facebook' turning city neighbours into friends

People can have hundreds of friends on Facebook but not know the person next door. New Austrian social media site "Frag Nebenan" or 'Ask Next Door', is part of a growing international trend to get back to basics and connect with your neighbours.
