The Bolivarian Revolution has been accompanied by the growth of grass roots cultural initiatives. In today's program, host Cody Weddle interviews two young artists, Albert Mambel and Maria Elena Colon from the Tiuna el Fuerte Cultural Park, a space in southwestern Caracas where artists come together to produce music, theater, dance, and painting. They discuss their experiences on the 10th anniversary of the extraordinarily varied community-based and government supported project, which has won awards in Venezuela and internationally. teleSUR
