The Bourbon Eggnog cocktail is the oldest and most perfect holiday drink. It's the perfect drink to enjoy with your family and friends because you can make a large batch or you can make a single drink, it's your choice.
To make this drink you will need the following:
3 oz. Bourbon
4 eggs
1 C Whole Milk
1 C Heavy Whipping Cream
1/3 C Sugar
1 tsp of Nutmeg
First, you will need to separate your egg whites from your yoke. Once you have done that beat your yokes until they lighten. Next, add your 1/3 cup sugar and whip some more until the the sugar is dissolved. Add your 3 oz Bourbon, 1 cup of whole milk, 1 cup of heavy whipping cream, and 1 tsp. of nutmeg. Whip all ingredients together until thoroughly mixed. Next, move onto your your egg whites.
