Drinks Made Easy Presents- How to make The Hot Pepper Gaming Fire Extinguisher Cocktail. We mad e the Hot Pepper Gaming Hot Pepper Popper so of course we had to make a soothing cocktail that can take the edge off of spicy foods or shots or peppers (if you're dumb enough to eat one.)
To make this drink you will need the following:
Bacardi 151 or any High proof alcohol. The higher the better for soothing purposes.
Heavy Whipping Cream
Simple Syrup
Mint
First, pour 1 1/2 oz of Bacardi into a Shaker full of ice. Add 1 oz of cream and 1 oz of simple syrup. Then, add about 3-4 mint leaves. Cover your shaker and shake for 15 seconds. Finally, pour, unstrained, directly into your bucket or double rocks glass. And there you have it, the Fire Extinguisher.
