Drinks Made Easy Presents-How to make a Champagne Cocktail. The Champagne Cocktail is a great way to accessorize your standard Champagne or sparkling wine in order to give it a little more pizazz. Make sure, however, to make an Extra Dry choice.
To make this drink you will need the following:
1 Sugar Cube
2-3 Dashes of Angustura Bitters
Extra Dry Champagne
First, in a Champagne flute, add your single sugar cube and 2-3 dashes of bitters. Next, fill the glass with your Champagne. Now, it is important to remember that the bitters reacts pretty strongly to the bubbles if the Champagne, so you will have to pour in stages. Once everything has settles you are ready to drink, enjoy!
