Talk about our kinda guy, Chris Hemsworth would rather pack on the pounds than go on a diet. The actor has transformed his physique by bulking up or slimming down for a number of roles and though there are advantages and disadvantages to both, he prefers to bulk up. Chris had to gain 20lbs of muscle mass for 'Thor' and then he had to lose all that, plus another 20lbs to play his character in 'Heart of the Sea'. Gaining weight is always fun but losing it, another story altogether.
