2015-07-23 4

Lawmakers in Ecuador passed a resolution affirming the right to non-violent protest and free speech, and calling for a national dialogue on key issues. The United Front Block also calls for widespread debate as the opposition moves forward with plans for an indigenous uprising and national strike. Liz Sherffius reports from Quito for teleSUR
