Ahmedabad: The students of SPIPA (Sardar Patel Institute of Public Administration) - the city-based apex training institute set by Gujarat Government have always shined in UPSC exams. This institute saw a record breaking 20 of its students clear the UPSC exams this year. Therefore, the state government is planning to open 33 training centres across the state which will give platform to more students.
