In a Wednesday night celebration of regional integration, Argentine President Cristina Fernandez and Bolivian President Evo Morales replaced a statue of Cristopher Columbus that had stood in the center of Buenos Aires for over a hundred years with a new monument to 19th century indigenous guerrilla leader, Juana Arzuduy.
