Aspiring engineers in Darwin wet their whistles as they raced homemade boats made entirely from beer cans in Darwin’s 41st annual Beer Can Regatta. Participants had to build their own boats and rafts out of beer and soft drink cans and test them out before taking them out to sea in the ultimate competition.
