Climate Change Could Increase Sea Level By 20 Feet

Are we headed for 20 foot sea level increase?

Scientists are continuing to sound warnings about rising sea levels.

According to new research, an increase in global temperature by as little as 1.8 to 3.6 degrees Fahrenheit could result in an additional 20-foot increase in sea level.

The observations from the past 3 million years indicate that the rise in sea level to that extent has occurred on multiple occasions following small temperature changes on a relative scale.
These findings are particularly relevant to modern-day society because the temperature and other environmental conditions are similar now to what they were in the past.
