Family of Victim Say Caitlyn Jenner Was Driving Erratically Before Malibu Crash

Caitlyn Jenner is still dealing with the deadly Malibu crash she was involved in back in February. The family of the victim say they plan to go ahead with their wrongful death lawsuit, and say Jenner was driving erratically before the crash.
