CA IPCC PGBP 51 Expenditure on Amalgamation and VRS Section 35DD and Section 35DDA

Expenditure, incurred by an Indian company,
for the purpose of amalgamation or demerger,
shall be allowed a deduction in five equal installment over 5 years .
