The center of Quito's Carolina Park is home to the city's Botanical Gardens. With five ecosystems reflecting Ecuador's different and diverse habitats and research centers, the Botanical Gardens seek to raise awareness among the city's residents on responsible environmental practices and conservation and allow them to learn from and interact with nature.
