Burkina Faso's PM says 'conditions met' to maintain elections

During a visit to the Ivory Coast, Burkina Faso's Prime Minister Yacouba Isaac Zida says he has no intention of meeting with former President in exile Blaise Compaore, and that conditions have been met to maintain elections in October.
