Although the vice president of the Honduran Congress Lena Gutierrez has been implicated and faces charges in the country's ongoing corruption scandal, she is a free woman. However, officials have been relentless in pursuing Rebeca Santos, ex-Finance Minister in the presidential administration of Manuel Zelaya, deposed in a 2009 coup.
