JetBlue became the first major airline to fly from the U.S. to Cuba when a flight left New York City for Havana on Friday. Although United States citizens are still prohibited from traveling to Cuba as tourists, some are allowed to go to visit family members or participate in academic, professional, religious or educational programs.
