Two explosions rocked Bogota, Colombia's financial district yesterday, injuring 8 people. The Porvenir pension fund has offices at both locations. President Juan Manuel Santos cut short a visit to Peru because of the explosion and the Defense Military has offered a US$38,000 reward for information leading to the identification and arrest of those responsible for the attacks.
