In footage courtesy of the Royal Danish Air Force, some Danish F-16 fighter jets took to the skies for a bit of target practice. A Banshee 600 drone was launched into the sky and an F-16 Fighting Falcon jet fired off its guided missiles, locking onto the target and destroying the UAV. The fighter jet, which was first built by General Dynamics in 1976 and costs up to $24,000 per hour to fly, shot missiles including the AIM-9X Sidewinder, AIM-9L Sidewinder and the AIM-120 Amraam.
