Honduran, Guatemalan Gov'ts Adopt Measures to Deflate Protests

In response to growing mass protests in Honduras and Guatemala sparked by corruption scandals rocking the two countries, their respective courts and governments have taken measures to reduce the pressure. In Honduras, arrest warrants have been issued for Lorena Gutierrez, vice president of Congress, while in Guatemala the Constitutional Court denied President Otto Perez Molina's request for immunity that would have protected him from prosecution.
