'There is reason to be optimistic' on Iran nuclear talks

Representatives of Iran and six world powers are in Vienna in a bid to finalise a nuclear deal. This follows 20 months of negotiations between Tehran and the P5+1. Trita Parsi, founder and president of the National Iranian American Council, believes "there is reason to be optimistic".
"I think odds are on the fact that there will be a deal", he told FRANCE 24's Marc Perelman in an interview from Vienna. "The question is, will it be before July 10th or will it be after July 10th?"
He tells us why he thinks a deal is within reach.
