Whole Foods Accused Of Overcharging Customers Again

A recent investigation by New York’s Department of Consumer Affairs has found that Whole Foods’ prepackaged items often show an inaccurate weight and pricing in addition to other such violations.

Whole Foods is under scrutiny for some of its business practices. 
According to the New York Daily News, the grocery chain is accused of overcharging customers based on inspections conducted by the Department of Consumer Affairs. 
Officials visited eight different locations in the New York City area and found consistent inaccuracies in the printed weights of prepackaged foods, which often resulted in consumers being overcharged.
