ELDER SCROLLS ONLINE LEAKED GAMEPLAY (Escapist News Now)
Around 20 minutes of gameplay from The Elder Scrolls Online was posted online by a beta tester for the game.
Zeni Max media has scoured the internet removing almost all trace of the footage but not before I got my hands on it. I actually had to opportunity to check this portion of the game out at PAX East so this leak doesn't show off anything too revealing.
The footage shows off character creations and the first quests that you'll encounter when you begin the game. There are tons of different options when it comes to character customization, including 9 playable races but only 3 classes.
The environments look strikingly similar to Skyrim but with an MMO styled user interface. For example, the constellation skill trees have been replaced with a more run-of-the-mill tree you see in other MMOs. Each class will have 3 specializations like the Sorcerer's Dark Magic or Storm Calling, and you'll be able to dual wield in combat similar to Skyrim.
The game is slated for launch later this year.
