The vast majority of Guatemalans feel that President Otto Perez Molina, whose cabinet has been rocked by a major corruption scandal, should resign. According to a new poll taken by the newspaper Prensa Libre, 84% of those surveyed feel Perez is maintaining a corrupt political system and should resign, 6% opposed his resignation, and 10% were unsure. The poll results come a day after the suspension of a congressional investigation into stripping Perez of his immunity from prosecution. teleSUR
