Mumbai : As per reports, Malwani Hooch Tragedy is the result of the Maharashtra state government’s inaction in the December, 2004 Vikhroli and the 1991 Chhaya Bar hooch tragedy cases, and not implementing recommendations of PR Parthasarthy Committee, which was set up following the Chhaya Bar tragedy.
