Riding high on the spirit of Abarth, Fiat is aiming to encash the performance brand wisely in India. Reported to have plotted its not-so-successful hatchback Punto Evo under this division, one can now clearly see how the future of Fiat will be.
Spotted by lensmen, the colored wing mirrors, red decal on doors, Abarth wheels, chromed exhaust tip and T-badge on the tail gate are spawned over this Punto Evo Abarth.
Under the bonnet, it is bound to carry the 1.4-litre T-Jet petrol engine for producing the max output of 135bhp. Hence, we expect the disc brakes on front and rear to handle that extra package of power and stiffer suspension for a more pliant ride.
Hence, if the launch will happen soon, then this hatchback of Fiat will become the most powerful model of the segment.
