As if her pregnancy bare-all photo on the recent cover of Elle weren't shocking enough, now we learn that Simpson's new "Evangela" shoe is a color-for-color, style-for-style replica of Christian Louboutin's 2010 "Staratata" sandal.

Simpson's shoes are literally an exact replica down to the yellow leather yellow piping, purple sole and bucle and magenta straps. Not to mention the heel height seems to be exactly the same.

The one and only difference between Simpson's new heel and Louboutin's is the omission of the trademark Louboutin red sole.

Simpson may have eschewed the red sole, but the new ads in Elle magazine do little to deter any questions of the shoe's authenticity.

With Louboutin currently in a heated battle with YSL regarding the trademark redsole, we wonder if they overlooked JSimps replica on purpose.

But I highly doubt it, Jess' shoes go for a mere $98, while the original design is enough to make you tremble—selling for just shy of $1,000.

But the question is—with such an uncanny resemblance, why is this just now coming out—and will Louboutin take action? Some say, copying is the biggest form of flattery, but in the fashion world and with a price difference like this, I'd most likely beg to differ.
