Ravishing in red! Welcome back to Clevver's Trophy Life where we're breaking down everything from the 2014 Billboard Music Awards. First up? Jennifer Lopez hit the red carpet at the 2014 Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas on Sunday May 18, and showed that she really can do no wrong. I mean, there's a reason this woman was honored with an Icon Award during the evening festivities.
However, enough about her musical accolades, let's talk fashion. J-Lo did a great job of mixing modern with retro, as her hair was definitely giving us 1960's mod vibes. Kind of like Ariana Grande, no? The half up half down 'do is one I'd want to mimic!
However, below her hair 'do is where things REALLY got sexy for her. J-Lo was sporting a Donna Karan gown that featured the popular unitard look underneath, with flowing sheer fabric over it. Despite the dresses long sleeves and cape-esque look, she still showed off plenty of skin thanks to said flowiness of the gown, as well as her signature plunging neckline. Also, we love that she pulled everything together with a belt to put her famous curves on display. Seriously, how fantastic is she?
J-Lo was rocking some strappy, multi-toned Jimmy Choo shoes that perfect accented her gown. When it came to other accessories, J-Lo kept things pretty low-key, as she was merely sporting some diamond studs and a silver clutch. Also, J-Lo kept the make up pretty simple as she stuck with earthy tones for a super natural look. That's how you do effortless people!
