Honduras Military to Take Control of Public Hospitals

In response to mounting protests over a corruption scandal that has rocked his administration, Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernandez has ordered the military to take control of eight public hospitals. The scandal involves the siphoning off funds from the country's health care system to the ruling party and Hernandez's own election campaign.
