The ceremony today to scrap toll collection for the New Pantai Expressway (NPE) traffic heading towards Kuala Lumpur at the Petaling Jaya Selatan (PJS) toll near Kampung Medan turned into ugly when rival political groups turned up to claim credit for the abolishment.
