Many of the tens of thousands of Central American migrants who attempt to reach the United States disappear while making the perilous journey. Their family members back home are unifying efforts by six organizations they have established to find their loved ones by organizing caravans, which have in some cases successfully found the missing migrants in Mexican jails.
